Jeff has been a business executive, with P&L responsibilities for multi-million dollar budgets, for more than 20 years.  In his 13 years as an entrepreneur, he has founded several businesses and sold a few.  He has experienced great triumphs, significant successes  – and utter failures.  And he has learned from all of them.  His skills and aptitude lie in the structuring and managing an efficient and streamlined “workflow”, standard operating procedures (SOP), and maximizing profitability.

Today, Jeff is President of Youngs Communication, Inc. He is engaged in consulting with the Executive Suite in organizations facilitating a clear vision and direction for the company’s communication, growth and future, offering high-level business strategies, while providing no-nonsense, practical solutions to their business challenges.  He is skilled at looking at internal systems and processes and streamlining workflow to achieve greater profits.
