As an entrepreneur, Jeff has founded several businesses, including Concentrix Corp., a very successful creative communication agency serving FORTUNE 500 companies - concentrating on Employee Engagement. Along with his successes, Jeff has also experienced many setbacks that some would call "failures". He prefers to refer to them as RESETs. Opportunities to go again, only this time even better.
